College Recruiting Workshops

U Recruit U's live interactive workshops can be customized for individuals, groups, or teams.  Our workshops benefit student-athletes,  parents, coaches,  and the athletic departments who support them. Workshops are held at the high school's gymnasium and typically last 60-90 minutes long.

Student-Athlete Enrichment (S.A.E)

Our full or multi-day curriculum reinforces the core values of your athletic department by providing  ongoing support to student-athletes.  SAE  equips and empowers students to be successful on and off the field of play.

College ID Camps, Tournaments, & Showcases

We can enhance your event by providing on-site recruiting workshops for parents and perspective recruits.

On almost any given day, you can find coach Kito in a locker room or event stage, challenging student-athletes to take responsibility for their lives. Whatever your event, you can be sure that when coach Kito speaks, people listen and lives are changed!

Mike Muehling, Head coach H.V.C.C.

"It was wonderful to have Kito come in and speak to our team about the process or recruiting and all of the things they can do to make themselves the best possible student-athlete. He provided a different voice than they were used to hearing and a different angle on things that they may not have considered before. He could also relate to them, having gone through the process himself. Twice. I would encourage all young athletes to heed the advice he offers, because it's real."

Brian Clawson, Head Football Coach, Shenendehowa HS

Kito Delgado is a first class role model in life and in the world of athletics. His calm demeanor and communication skills are exceptional, and really makes it easy for student athletes to connect with him on a personal level. When speaking in front of a large audience, there is a sense of aura about him that transcends his passion about his life experiences. This creates a very genuine message, one that our players can easily relate to. Kito comes highly recommended.

Brian Matthews, Assistant Principal, Troy Middle School

We were fortunate enough to have Kito come in and speak with some of our 8th grade students and we were blown away. He has a unique gift of connecting with every person in the room and has a wealth of knowledge about the entire recruiting and college process. Our students absolutely benefited from hearing Kito and I would highly recommend his service to any young student athlete.
